Coaching packages include detailed weekly training schedules delivered via TrainingPeaks, season training plan development, program tweaks and modifications, field-based testing (Critical Power, FTP, sub-max), and strength training, no restrictions on weekly phone and email contact and monthly and/or biweekly meetings.
It is required that athletes use a power meter, GPS unit and/or heart rate monitor and to upload their training files to their TrainingPeaks account daily.

Consultations provide athletes and coaches an opportunity to ask questions to help provide solutions to their areas of interest without a need to commit to a more structured program developed by a coach. My 25+years of service in the sport and fitness industry has provided me a wealth of experience to share with others and to help act as a sounding board.
