Coaching packages include detailed weekly training schedules delivered via TrainingPeaks, season training plan development, program tweaks and modifications, field-based testing and summary report, no restrictions on weekly phone and email contact and monthly and/or biweekly meetings.
It is required that athletes use a power meter, GPS unit and/or heart rate monitor and to upload their training files to their TrainingPeaks account daily.
Establish your appropriate intensity training zones, monitor adaptations, and determine your performance profile via a blood lactate test. Fully mobile, I can come to your home to perform the test on your smart trainer or treadmill. Package includes a detailed report along with consultation time to review the results and provide training guidance based on the results.
